Credit card orders may be placed on our 128bit encrypted ecommerce web store.
Our site is 100% safe from any type of online tampering, and all information is 100% secure.
We have very strict privacy and security guidelines and all credit card information obtained from our web store is destroyed once an order has been completed. We hold the credit card information for 30 days to satisfy our merchant services provider. After those 30 days, all credit card information is destroyed.

If you wish to pay via certified check, money order, WesternUnion.com, or Paypal.com below is our company information for fulfilling the order.
International Orders must be placed either through WesternUnion.com or through Paypal.com. We will on certain accounts allow for a wire transfer to our bank, but this is limited to orders that total over $5000.00 US. If you are an International customer, please email us for International Shipping rates.

Orders are shipped prompt upon clearance. All Checks and Money Orders are verified before items are shipped. We have been defrauded in the past, and have enacted measures to prevent this from happening again.
PAYMENT
We accept Certified Checks, Money Orders, WesternUnion.com, Paypal.com, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We do NOT accept personal checks of any kind. We will accept Business Checks with the condition that the business manager or business owner contacts us to fill out a Business Check Credit Approval From. To qualify to pay via Business Check, please contact us for the Business Check Credit Approval Form.
We do NOT ship items C.O.D. no exceptions.
Warning: Anyone placing a fraudulent order will be prosecuted by the full extent of Local, State, Federal, and International Laws.
All credit cards are verified by our merchant service provider, and items will only be shipped to the address corresponding with the credit card used. If you place an order via online, and the address does not correspond with the credit card, the order will be treated as a fraudulent act, and as such we will contact the card holder, if the card holder can not be contacted within 2 days, we will contact the issued credit card company, and contact the authorities in the area where the order was to be shipped.

PRIVACY POLICY
All merchandise ordered from Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. is shipped in plain packages with our initials (SG&M) on the label.
We DO NOT keep records of our clients and DO NOT sell their name, address, or any other information to ANYONE. All credit card transactions are 100% secure and after an order is completed the credit card information is destroyed.
All orders are CONFIDENTIAL. We believe in PRIVACY.
The customer is wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be in U.S. funds.
RETURN POLICY
All products are considered special order by the party ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our merchandise, products may be used once to complete a mission and then no longer needed, for this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products will be repaired or exchanged per individual warranty.
Returns must be authorized by Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. and under NO circumstances will returns be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA and shipping instructions may be obtained by email.
Return products via UPS or U.S.Mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. cannot refund shipping fees.
No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt. Discontinued items are not returnable. Upon approval, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders are shipped promptly and in good faith by Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. yet refused by the customer will be restocked subject to the 25% restocking fee plus a deduction for the invoiced shipping and handling charges.
Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. reserves the right to back order items in the event our inventory on a certain item runs low. If an item is on back order from the manufacturer, the customer has a right to a FULL refund. Back orders happen, but if an item you have ordered, is back ordered, we assure prompt shipment to you, the customer, as soon as we receive the merchandise from the manufacturer. If your item is backordered we will inform you immediately.
WARRANTY
Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. guarantees most all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for ninety (90) days after sale to the customer. Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. will replace or repair, at our discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, abuse, or alteration. We test all of our electronic products before we ship them to ensure quality control.
Spy Gear & Merchandise strives to always bring you the best in quality and the lowest prices. If you do find a lower price for the same product, No Problem! Simply mail us a copy of our competitors ad (or from the web email us their web address) and we will give you an additional 5% below their price. It's as easy as that!
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS
It is the responsibility of the BUYER (not Spy Gear & Merchandise, employees, etc.) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in regard to possession and use of any item in this catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state, federal, and international laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and the products will be used in a lawful manner in which they were designed. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III U.S.C., Section 2511.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Product styles and pictures may vary from actual product.
Louisiana State orders must add applicable tax. 8.25% If your state is listed in the tax field we must charge the listed tax.
International Orders are charged a 4% tax.
We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expense of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of our products.
By placing an order the buyer signifies agreement to these terms of sale and holds Spy Gear & Merchandise L.L.C. our employees and affiliates harmless.
